We talk about your customers, your market, and where you're leaking revenue — not a generic AI demo.
We respect the clock. If there's more to discuss, you decide whether to book a follow-up.
If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere useful. You keep the advice either way.
A short call, deliberately. Long discovery calls mostly serve the person selling, and fifteen minutes is enough to establish whether there is anything here worth either of us spending more time on.
We will usually cover three things: where your customers currently find you, what happens to an enquiry once it arrives, and which single change would make the largest difference in the next ninety days. Often that change is something you can do without hiring anyone, and we will say so.
Worth being direct about this, because a wasted call helps nobody:
A clear answer on whether we can help, and if not, usually a suggestion about who or what would. If it makes sense to go further, the next step is the free audit rather than a proposal, because a proposal written without data is guesswork.
If you would rather see something before speaking to anyone, start with the free audit instead. It requires no call at all.
Nothing is required, but two things make the conversation considerably more useful.
First, look at your Google Business Profile on a phone as a stranger would. Is it claimed, are the hours right, when was the last review, and did anyone answer it? That single view tells us more than most of what a discovery questionnaire would ask.
Second, think about what actually happens when someone calls and nobody picks up. For most local businesses that is the largest single leak, and it is rarely a marketing problem at all — which is worth establishing before anyone spends money on marketing.
Calls run Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern. If something comes up, reschedule rather than pushing through a call you are distracted for — there is no penalty and no follow-up chasing. If a time outside those hours is genuinely easier, say so in the notes and we will usually accommodate it.
